Iran-Israel tensions: Images, videos show destruction in Tel Aviv, other areas

Multiple global and Iranian media outlets share videos and photographs on social media, showing widespread damage in Tel Aviv and nearby cities

TEHRAN: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-June 14th, 2025) The tensions in the middle East escalated into full-scale warfare early Friday when Israel launched a surprise airstrike on Iran which triggered a powerful and ongoing retaliatory response from Tehran involving more than 200 missiles aimed at Israeli cities.

The Israel conducted airstrikes on dozens of targets across Iran, specifically hitting military leadership compounds, nuclear facilities, and senior officers’ residences.

The Israeli offensive reportedly killed several top Iranian officials, including Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Chief General Hossein Salami, Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces General Mohammad Bagheri, Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, and six Iranian scientists.

In response, Iran launched a massive counteroffensive dubbed “Operation Wa’ad al-Sadiq III” in four successive waves. The missile barrage targeted several Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv and surrounding areas.

Israeli media confirmed the deaths of at least four people and injuries to more than 60 others amid the missile strikes.

Images and videos reveal destruction in Israel

Multiple global and Iranian media outlets shared videos and photographs on social media, showing the widespread damage in Tel Aviv and nearby cities. Scenes of shattered buildings, burning vehicles, and emergency crews responding to chaos have dominated online platforms.

Fox news released footage from Ramat Gan, adjacent to Tel Aviv, showing extensive damage to cars and residential structures. Iranian media also published dramatic visuals of the destruction caused by the missile strikes in central Tel Aviv.

One video circulating widely online captures the precise moment when the missiles struck Tel Aviv, with sounds of explosions and sirens echoing in the background.

Israeli defense officials warned that the war with Iran could last at least two weeks, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to continue military operations against Iran indefinitely.

“We will completely destroy Iran’s missile production capabilities,” Netanyahu declared. “There is no time frame for the operations currently underway.”

As both sides brace for further escalation, the scale of destruction and loss from the opening salvos of this conflict is becoming increasingly evident through the flood of images and videos circulating across the globe.
