Islamabad, (Pakistan Point News – 19th August, 2016) : Mathew Barett has been handed over to the police for deportation. On Thursday, Local court has ordered United States (US) citizen Matthew Barrett to be deported from Pakistan. Matthew Barrett’s visa has been cancelled and he’ll be sent back to the US as soon as possible. The Huston Consulate officer Sadia Altaf Qazi had approved Matthew’s visa. Her statement has also been recorded. Police along with Mathew Barett have been proceeded to the airport. US citizen Matthew Barrett, blacklisted and deported from the country in 2011 on charges of espionage, was arrested after his arrival at Benazir Bhutto International Airport.
