Dera Ismael Khan, (Pakistan Point News – 18th August, 2016) : Light has switched off in DHQ Teaching Hospital from yesterday evening. 11 major and 5 minor operations have been done in the mobile torch light. Surgeon Dr. Farooq said that these operations were very important and could not be delayed. He also added that the generators of DHQ were not functional from very long. D I Khan’s authorities have taken a notice of the incident.
