BAKU (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 09th March, 2023) Azerbaijan and Latvia will sign a memorandum of understanding in the economic sphere, Latvian President Egils Levits said in Baku at a meeting with Azerbaijani and Latvian businessmen.
"We consider Azerbaijan as a close economic partner. Our relations in the economic sphere are developing, and we hope they will develop further," Levits said.
"A memorandum of understanding in the economic sphere will be signed between Azerbaijan and Latvia. Transport and logistics are also areas that interest us, and in which we want to cooperate with Azerbaijan," he said.
