Islamabad,(Pakistan Point News - 11 August,2016) : The Bill for prevention of electronic and cyber crime approved by senate was passed in National Assembly with majority vote. The bill awaits signatures by President Mamnoon Hussain after which it will become a law. The bill has been criticized by the civil society members and rights groups for putting curbs on freedom of expression.
