MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 02nd February, 2021) OPEC+ countries complied with the terms of the agreement to cut oil production by 99 percent in December, a source in one of the delegations told Sputnik.
"The compliance in December is 99 percent," he said, referring to the technical committee's assessment of the deal.
