Manohar Parrikar Resigns As Defence Minister, Will Take Oath For CM Goa

NEW DELHI, (Pakistan Point News – 13th March, 2017) : Indian Media has reported that their Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar has resigned from his post so as to join his new position as CM Goa. Reportedly, BJP leadership decided to make him the Chief Minister of Goa. The ruling BJP won 13 of the state's 40 seats but has gathered the support of regional parties. The Congress however, won 17, three short of the majority mark of 21.
