Herat, (Pakistan Point News – 30th July, 2016) : Bomb explosion shook the Herat city of Afghan province Halmand a few minutes ago. 1 killed and 5 injured in the blast. According to the initial reports the blast took place in the north of the city near a compound of the Afghan army. Shootouts have been continuing between army personnel and Taliban. Army personnel killed and District Police Chief injured during the shootouts, Governer Halmand said. Taliban took Khan Nasheen area of Province Halmand into their possession.
