Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 28 يوليو 2026ء) The 10-week hybrid pre-accelerator program will run from September 6, 2026, to January 2, 2027. The program consists of four stages. The first stage focuses on idea design and customer discovery through interviews with each startup's target customers. The second stage centers on building, during which the Minimum Viable business (MVB) prototype is refined and developed under the weekly guidance of specialized mentors. The third stage is dedicated to testing and validation, where the product is tested with real users to verify its market fit. The fourth stage follows the completion of the program and is based on specific evaluation criteria designed to enhance startups' investment readiness and prepare them to engage with investors.
The program also provides access to the integrated sports ecosystem, including sports federations, clubs, sports universities, and related initiatives, creating opportunities for partnerships, facilitating investment deals, and supporting expansion and growth by integrating sports startups with companies from various sectors.
The ministry's participation reflects its commitment to creating sustainable national impact by generating new jobs, increasing the private sector's contribution to the sports economy, attracting strategic investments, establishing leading Saudi companies, and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the sports sector.
Previous editions of the program have achieved notable success, creating more than 1,000 jobs through participating startups. The combined valuation of the startups reached SAR372 million, while more than 30 sectors benefited from the services provided by the supported companies.
