Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 28 يوليو 2026ء) At the outset of the call, the foreign minister congratulated Miliband on his appointment to his new position, wishing him success in his duties and expressing his aspiration to work together to develop and strengthen relations between the two countries.
For his part, the UK foreign secretary thanked Prince Faisal bin Farhan for his congratulations, affirmed his commitment to advancing bilateral relations, and renewed his country's solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as its condemnation of attacks carried out by Iran-backed terrorist militias in Yemen against Saudi Arabia and other countries in the region.
The two sides also reviewed bilateral relations, discussed developments in the region, and explored ways to enhance joint efforts to support regional and international security and stability.
