Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 24 يوليو 2026ء) Albudaiwi said the Houthi militia's continued threats to target commercial vessels and jeopardize international navigation lanes constitute a dangerous escalation that endangers regional security and stability and undermines international efforts to safeguard maritime routes and ensure the uninterrupted flow of global trade. He stressed that such actions require a firm international response to deter these irresponsible practices.
He reaffirmed the GCC's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures the Kingdom takes to safeguard its security, critical facilities, and vital interests. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia's security is integral to the security of all GCC member states.
