SRCA Advances Emergency Healthcare Operations Through Digital Solutions in 2025

Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز ‎‎‎ 23 يوليو 2026ء) In 2025, the SRCA handled over 1.4 million emergency calls, achieving a 24% return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) rate, responding to 45.4% of emergency calls within eight minutes, and recording a 94.8% beneficiary satisfaction rate.

Digital adoption expanded further, with the "Mustajeeb" application processing more than 48,740 calls, automating workflows and expediting access to specialized care.

Volunteer participation reached 326,874 total volunteers, including over 103,000 new registrants in 2025. Integrated operational plans during the 1446 AH Hajj season enabled the delivery of highly efficient emergency services.

Furthermore, the SRCA continued enhancing institutional quality, winning the King Abdulaziz Quality Award (Bronze Level), which affirms its commitment to continuous improvement. The authority also launched its 2026–2028 strategy following the successful completion of its 2021–2025 strategic plan, aiming to further advance emergency healthcare delivery across the Kingdom.
