Madinah, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 23 يوليو 2026ء) Head of the conference organizing committee and Dean of the College of Creed and Islamic Propagation at the Islamic University Dr. Maher Khujah said the conference reflects the continued support and patronage that the education and scientific research sector receives from the Kingdom’s leadership.
He underscored the leadership’s keenness to strengthen intellectual awareness, promote the values of moderation and balance, and build human capacity.
The conference will serve as an academic platform to showcase Saudi Arabia’s efforts to address ideological deviance, enhance intellectual awareness, and reinforce the principles of moderation and balance, Khujah said.
Scientific themes during the event will include national initiatives to counter extremism, the causes and impacts of ideological deviance, mental health and intellectual prevention, the role of sound Islamic creed in promoting moderation, institutional cooperation in protecting society, and the use of modern technologies and AI to strengthen intellectual awareness.
The conference is aimed at academics and researchers, policymakers, educational leaders, media professionals, content creators, and university students, Khujah said.
Discussions will seek to strengthen integration among national institutions, highlight the Kingdom’s efforts to counter ideological deviance, and enrich scholarly dialogue, contributing to a more aware and sustainable society.
