Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 23 يوليو 2026ء) The opportunities include two to operate picnic services, one to operate the Desert Adventure Area, one to provide desert ecotourism activities, and another to operate mountain biking activities.
The offerings are designed to enable ecotourism service providers to deliver a range of tourism experiences that capitalize on the two reserves’ natural assets, in line with the regulations and requirements governing ecotourism.
IARDA said the initiative is part of its efforts to develop ecotourism destinations, empower the private sector, and strengthen its contribution to providing qualitative tourism services that enrich the visitor experience and support the local community’s economic development. It also aims to maintain a balance between tourism development and the conservation of the environment and its natural resources.
The authority invited ecotourism service providers and other interested parties to review the opportunities, requirements, and application process on its website (https://www.iarda.gov.sa/eco-tourism-applications), noting that the final date for applications is August 8.
