Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 21 يوليو 2026ء) Saudi Arabia was represented at the signing by Nazaha President Mazin Al-Kahmous, while Mauritius was represented by Financial Crimes Commission Director-General Titrudeo Dawoodarry.
The MoU aims to strengthen institutional cooperation between the two sides, exchange information and expertise, build capacity, and develop specialized practices in the areas of integrity protection, corruption prevention and combating, and combating cross-border crimes related to corruption cases, in line with the provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
During the visit, Al-Kahmous also met with Prime Minister of Mauritius Dr. Navin Ramgoolam and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade Dhananjay Ramful, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Mauritius Fayez Altemyat.
The two meetings reviewed relations between Saudi Arabia and Mauritius and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in integrity protection, corruption prevention and combating, and the exchange of expertise and best practices. The discussions also focused on supporting international initiatives to strengthen the principles of transparency and governance and enhance cooperation in combating financial crimes and cross-border corruption.
