Rafha, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 18 يوليو 2026ء) The road extends from Rafha Governorate in Northern Borders Region to its junction with the Hail-Baqaa road, improving connectivity between the two regions and reinforcing the Kingdom's road network.
According to the Roads General Authority, the project forms part of the strategic corridor linking Hail with Madinah and Makkah, supporting services for pilgrims while boosting connectivity among the Kingdom's regions and with neighboring countries.
