Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 10 يوليو 2026ء) In a statement, Alalshikh said: “With the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Boulevard Business Park project has been completed. It is the Kingdom’s first entertainment headquarters and business resort, with an investment exceeding SAR1 billion.”
He added: “The project includes nine office buildings with leasable areas exceeding 60,000 square meters, in addition to retail spaces, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces, and more than 1,300 parking spaces. The project is developed in partnership with Hay Developments, in cooperation with the REQ real estate fund – BSF Capital, and is managed and operated by sela.”
The GEA chairman concluded his statement by affirming that the determination of Saudis has no limits or ceiling, noting that the future will be even better.
