The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center has launched a public consultation project titled ‘Technical Regulations for Energy Efficiency Requirements in the Utilities Sector for the Second Cycle (2026-2030),' which aims to set the technical energy efficiency requirements for the utilities sector for the second cycle (2026-2030), including the mechanisms for their implementation, monitoring, and compliance verification, and to define the related roles and responsibilities to support compliance with the approved targets.
