One of the highlights includes a demonstration of historic irrigation methods, featuring the old Blackstone water pump whose rhythmic sounds recreate the experience of drawing water from deep wells. Other corners of the farms display traditional honey-extraction techniques, heritage coffee pots, and incense burners.
