Saudi Ministry of Culture, Korea Heritage Service Sign Executive Program to Enhance Intangible Heritage Cooperation

Seoul, August (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز ‎‎‎ 29 أغسطس 2025ء) The Executive Program signing ceremony was held at the National Palace Museum of Korea in Seoul, with the Saudi Ministry of Culture represented by Deputy Minister for Research and Cultural Heritage Dr. Maha Al-Senan, and the Korean side represented by KHS Director General for Intangible Heritage Yoon Soon-ho.

The program encompasses four main areas of cooperation, including capacity building in digital archiving through the development of specialized training programs for the digitization of cultural records, collaboration in organizing joint cultural conferences—particularly in the field of intangible cultural heritage—and the support of cultural research through joint projects on topics of mutual interest.

The signing of this program builds on the cultural relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Korea, reflecting the commitment of both sides to exchange pioneering experiences and build strategic partnerships in the fields of heritage, documentation, and knowledge. It also highlights the Ministry of Culture's commitment to promoting international cultural exchange as one of the objectives of the National Culture Strategy, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
