Putin Says Might Talk to Trump in Paris, Confirms May Meet US Leader at G20 Summit

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th November, 2018) Russian President Vladimir Putin said Sunday during his visit to Paris that he did not exclude talking to US President Donald Trump at a working dinner later in the day and confirmed that he might meet the US leader at G20 summit in Argentina.

"We haven't [talked] yet, we just greeted each other ...

The ceremony was done in such a way that it was impossible to communicate there, we were watching what was happening. But there will be a working dinner now, so we may [talk] there," Putin said as aired on RT broadcaster.

The Russian president added that the two sides had agreed they would hold no bilateral meetings in Paris so as not to disrupt the schedule of the hosting nation.

"At their request, we will not organize any meeting here, but it may be held on the sidelines of G20 meeting or later," Putin said.
