Rostec Confirms Acquisition of Russias United Aircraft Corporation
Rostec has finalized its decision to have United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) become part of the Russian state corporation, Rostecs press service told Sputnik on Monday.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th August, 2018) Rostec has finalized its decision to have United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) become part of the Russian state corporation, Rostecs press service told Sputnik on Monday.
"The main decisions have indeed been made.
Now the necessary documents are being prepared," a Rostec representative said.
In March, Russian Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said that the ministry submitted a draft presidential decree on the UAC joining Rostec to the government. The merger was expected to take around one year, according to Manturov.
