Shafqat who was arrested by the police from Tehsil Depalpur on the tip of Abbas and Waqarul Hassan says he committed rape with the woman who was traveling from Gujranwala to Lahore.

Abbas who is brother-in-law of Waqarul Hassan—the co-accused in Lahore Motorway gang-rape surrendered to Sheikhupura police, saying that he has nothing to do with main suspect Abid Ali.

The police say that the suspect has confessed that he was partner with Abid Ali—the main suspect—in Motorway gang-rape case.

The sources claim that the mains suspect has been identified as Abid Ali who originally belongs to Fort Abbas but currently has been living in Shanga Manga.
