Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said on Wednesday that Tokyo had decided to pull out from the International Whaling Commission (IWC) and resume commercial whaling in July after a 30-year hiatus causing an immediate outcry of whale conservation activists.
