WASHINGTON, (Pakistan Point News – 1st Dec, 2016) : America has congratulated General Qamar Bajwa on becoming new chief of army staff. Deputy Spokesman of foreign affairs Mark Toner congratulated the new COAS and welcomed his administration in Pakistan military. In a media briefing Mark Toner said that America is working with Pakistan in a fight against terrorism and Pakistan has been very cooperative. He further said that Pakistan has lost a lot during this war.
