WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th June, 2019) US House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal said on Thursday that he will block President Donald Trump's proposed 5 percent tariff on Mexican imports if he declares a national emergency to put the tariffs in place.
"If the President does declare a national emergency and attempt to put these tariffs into place, I will introduce a resolution of disapproval to stop his overreach," Neal said in a press release.
