KIEV (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th June, 2019) Russian gas transit through Ukraine saw an 8 percent increase over five months, Ukrainian Naftogaz company CEO Andriy Kobolev said on Thursday.
"[Russian] gas transit through Ukraine grew by 8 percent over five months, as additional volumes are being pumped into deposits," Kobolev wrote on Facebook.
He stressed that, according to published data, European underground deposits currently contained by 20 billion cubic meters (706 billion cubic feet) more gas than they contained in average over the past two years.
