Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 28th May, 2019) The prices of readymade garments and stitched cloths have registered upward increase in local markets after most of tailors refused to accept more orders from customers for upcoming Eid ul Fitr.

However, there is a market in Faisalabad where people can buy clothes for as low as Rs150.

A market of used clothes in Jhang bazaar has a variety of clothes. People can buy used clothes from here at a minimal low cost and join the Eid celebrations.

These clothes are properly ironed and starched to make them look as good as a new dress. The citizens after choosing a suit for themselves can buy it for as low as Rs150.

The middle-class people coming to this market are of the view that these clothes help them maintain their standard.

They said that buying stitched clothes cost quite high, making it impossible for the poor and middle-class to get one for themselves.

In such a situation, this market provides a great relief to the citizens.

On the other hand, shopkeepers said that usually the market is busy all year but there is even more shopping activity around Eid.

These markets are stuffed with variety of lawn and cotton cloths besides imported garments as buyers are trying to search appropriate items for themselves and for their families to celebrate Eid ul Fitr in most befitting manner.
