MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th May, 2019) Acting US Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan will begin a tour in Asia, including visits to Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea and Japan, from May 28 to June 3.
During the tour, Shanahan will hold bilateral and multilateral meetings with senior officials to reaffirm defense relationships.
On June 1, Shanahan will attend the annual Shangri-La Dialogue defense summit in Singapore where he is expected to give a speech on the US strategy for the Indo-Pacific region.
