Petition has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) against placement of PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz and Capt (Retd) Safdar name in ECL
LAHORE (Pakistan Point News / Online - 24th May, 2019) Petition has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) against placement of PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz and Capt (Retd) Safdar name in ECL.Another petition has been submitted in LHC seeking reinstatement of a previous petition filed against placement of these two PML-N leaders in ECL and dismissed by the court.The petitioner has taken plea he could not appear in the court due to heart attack.He prayed the court to reinstate the petition for hearing.The petitioner said that the accused are extending full cooperation with NAB in connection with its investigation. Placing name of Maryam Nawaz and Capt (Retd) Safdar in ECL a gross violation of fundamental rights.
