Relative arrested in alleged raping and killing 10 year old Farishta in Shehzad Town Islamabad
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 22nd May, 2019) Relative arrested in alleged raping and killing 10 year old Farishta in Shehzad Town Islamabad.According to Police, arrested accused is a close relative of Farishta while he has been arrested after already detained accused informed about him. Police have not unveiled any further details regarding the case; however, they have widened the scope of their investigation.Two days ago10 Year old Farishta dead body was found from forest that was shifted to polyclinic for postmortem.
She belonged to Mohmand district of KPK while she was living with parents in Shehzad Town Islamabad. Girl went missing on May 15 while police spent 4 days for registering First Information report (FIR). Family members of girl said that police alleged that she had run away with someone on her own choice.The victim's family members staged protest against alleged rape, murder of girl and police negligence by placing her body at Taramari Chowk. They ended protest on assurance for registration of case against SHO Shehzad Town Police station and other police staffers.
