DUSHANBE (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st May, 2019) International terrorists are capable to create chemical weapons and biological toxins, Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), said on Tuesday, stressing that Russian intelligence has obtained reliable data proving this.
"We have obtained reliable data proving that bandits are testing new means and methods of conducting subversive activities. Criminals have materials, technologies and infrastructure for creating chemical weapons and biotoxins. They use unmanned aircraft in order to deliver projectiles," Bortnikov said at the opening of the meeting of the Council of the Heads of Security Agencies and Intelligence Services of the CIS Member-States.
