ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / Online - 14th May, 2019) Mobile Service Company U-Phone has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the inquiry initiated by NAB on permission granted to it by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to introduce Text generation Mobile service 4-G/LTE.U-fone has taken the plea in the petition that NAB has launched inquiry to harass their management. NAB is trying to obtain information from U-Fone about permission for LTE service which is already available. Such information can be obtained from regulator of mobile companies.U-Fone claimed that inquiry has been initiated under nefarious designs.The U-Fone has prayed the court to revoke summons issued by NAB.U-Fone has made NAB, PTA and ministry of information technology as respondents.
