Chinese nationals make fake documents to extend Pakistani visas, FIA reveals

The FIA has revealed that the Chinese nationals prepare fake documents for extending their visas and getting NOCs with the aid of officials from Interior Ministry and Passport and Immigration Office.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 6th May, 2019) The Chinese nationals are revealed to have made fake documents to get their visas extended.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has carried out several arrests after reports of Chinese nationals involved in human trafficking in Pakistan surfaced.

The FIA has revealed that the Chinese nationals prepare fake documents for extending their visas and getting NOCs with the aid of officials from Interior Ministry and Passport and Immigration Office.

Three Pakistani citizens Chaudhry Akram, Waqar and Riaz while two Chinese nationals Dr Su and Xong were involved in the gang.

The report revealed that hundreds of permission letters are issued everyday to extend visas of Chinese nationals.

The report has been sent to the Interior Ministry. No action has so far been taken against the accused.

Earlier, FIA arrested a Chinese gang involved in illegal matchmaking in Pakistan.

The gang was arranging marriages for Christian girls and Chinese nationals.

The FIA while taking an action against the gang raided a marriage and arrested the groom.

According to details, the Chinese groom was tying the knot to Pakistani girl Shamim at a hotel in People’s Colony. The FIA officials arrested the groom and the priest Zahid who was an agent.

The agents used to trap the parents of the girls by promising them millions of rupee.

FIA sources said that this arrest will lead to the network of the gang.

A number of Chinese nationals are residing in Pakistan following the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Some of them have even bought houses and cars here. These Chinese nationals are often seen violating domestic laws.

Nonetheless, they continue to marry Pakistani girls. Recently, a gang of Chinese men involved in human trafficking and sale of human organs in China was revealed.

The gang had ulterior motives behind marrying the Pakistani girls as they take them to China after marriage and force them into prostitution.

They made fake certificates of being Muslims and also changed to Islamic Names while they did not even know the first Kalma.

These agents trap the poor innocent parents of girls and marry their daughters.
