Speaking in a TV show, the minister said that he had tried to show flexibility towards Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif but Imran Khan has strictly asked him to not do this.
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 5th May, 2019) Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has strictly advised him to not show any flexibility towards Sharif brothers.
Speaking in a tv show, the minister said that he had tried to show flexibility towards Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif but Imran Khan has strictly asked him to not do this.
Sheikh Rasheed said that he told the prime minister that Sharif brothers neither have money nor peace in their fate.
“In case they will die, people will start protesting against us. So it’s better to leave them,” the railway minister said to Imran Khan but the prime minister said that he will not let them go at any cost.
Sheikh Rasheed stressed that Imran Khan is not ready to leave Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif at any cost.
He said that the talks about a possible ‘deal’ happened before him but when he invited them to face him on media, they refused.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has repeatedly asserted that his government will not make deal with any criminal.
