Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 02nd May, 2019) Government has adopted a policy of misguiding masses to divert their attention from its own failures and other important matters haunting the exploited majority.This was said by former President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) , Shahid Rashid Butt in a statement issued on Thursday , while commenting on current economic situation of the country, he said that the government is manipulating and distracting the nation by issuing baseless statements and giving fictitious figures regarding different issues.
The business leader said that inflation, unemployment, and lawlessness continue to threaten masses and the economy, poverty is rising steadily but what masses are getting is a constant and endless flow of irrelevant information, he added.The ex ICCI's chief said that the government has failed to implement its manifesto and providing any relief to the masses, therefore, it has started cheating people.He said that rulers are doing exactly the same what the former rulers did, therefore, there is no point in criticising them.The failure of the bus project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and massive corruption is the tree plantation campaign has not resulted in any reaction or investigation by NAB which is adding to the suspicions by the masses.
