Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 25th April, 2019) Enrolling children in model schools in Islamabad has become a great challenge for local residents, as the schools administrations despite having facilities to accommodate students allegedly refusing admissions, sources said on Thursday.In current educational session, model schools only offered junior class admission and the students of senior classes have been forced to move toward private educational institutions.
According to a survey conducted by Online, all model schools of sector I, H, G, F and E have imposed banned on new admissions. The schools managements are not only refusing parents but advising them to enroll their children in private schools.It is pertinent to mention here that the government is responsible to provide free of cast education to the students from class 5 to 10 under Article 25-A. However, annoyed parents blame that the current government has been completely failed to facilitate people.The schools managements, sources said, were refusing parents on the pretext of the shortage of teaching staff. The residents of Islamabad has appealed Prime Minister Imran Khan to take notice of the issue and removed his education minister for his inability to run the education ministry smoothly.
