Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on Saturday that all 11 people, who were killed in a bus accident on the Almaty-Tashkent highway, are Uzbek citizens.
ALMATY (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th April, 2019) Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on Saturday that all 11 people, who were killed in a bus accident on the Almaty-Tashkent highway, are Uzbek citizens.
The accident, which took place on Saturday morning, claimed lives of 11 people, while 29 others were injured. The passenger bus flipped over avoiding collision with two vehicles.
"There is a major accident on the Korday highway, 11 people, Uzbek citizens, were killed, there are many injured. My condolences to their families," the president wrote on Twitter.
