KKF  property case: FIA prays court to order for forfeiture of KKF property

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has approached the court for important investigation into the alleged property of billions of rupees of charitable organization Khidmat e Khalaq Foundation of MQM.FIA took the plea that court should order to seize the property of KKF as there are chances that property income can be used for terrorism.

Karachi (Pakistan Point News / Online - 20th April, 2019) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has approached the court for important investigation into the alleged property of billions of rupees of charitable organization Khidmat e Khalaq Foundation of MQM.FIA took the plea that court should order to seize the property of KKF as there are chances that property income can be used for terrorism.There are 49 properties of Khidmat-e-Khalaq foundation in Hyderabad, Khairpur, Lahore and Multan.MQM leaders had sold out Multan property at the cost of Rs 70 million.MQM headquarters in Bahadurabad is also owned by KKF.
