GORKI (Moscow region) (Pakistan Point news / Sputnik - 18th April, 2019) Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Thursday that from June 1, Russia would export oil and oil products to Ukraine only on special permits.
"A ban is imposed on exports to Ukraine of Russian oil and petroleum products... A list of goods that from June 1 of this year may be exported to Ukraine only on the basis of special permits is defined. This category includes... coal, oil and oil products," Medvedev said at a cabinet meeting.
