The anti-graft watchdog in its report presented before the IHC stated that Zardari is not cooperating with NAB team
LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 12th April 2019) The NAB has told the Islamabad High Court that PPP Co-Chairman Asif Zaradi could temper the record if he was given bail.
The IHC had sought a reply from the anti-graft watchdog that why it is opposing the bail plea by the former president Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur. The court, however, extended their interim bails till April 29.
The NAB on Friday submitted in the court that former president could temper the record if he was not arrested. Asif Zardari, NAB told the court, was also not cooperating with the investigation team in the fake bank account and asset beyond the mean case. The NAB also submitted the detail notes of the cases against him and his sister. It was stated before the court that former president obtained Rs1.5 billion in loans for his Park Lane Company through fraud by using other firms.
