We also mean that the amount of hydrocarbon consumption, oil in the summer time in the world increases... And we have our own opinion on this, we will closely monitor the market and will make a decision in connection with this, but we will continue to cooperate with OPEC," Putin said during a discussion at a plenary meeting of the Arctic Forum.
