LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 9th April 2019) As many as 135,000 apartments will be constructed in the first phase of Naya Pakistan Housing Authority project.
Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said this while briefing media after the Federal cabinet meeting.
The project, he told the journalists, will be launched on April 17. The prime minister will inaugurate the project.
It is important to point out here that PTI government has announced the construction of five million houses under its Naya Pakistan Housing Programs.
Fawad Ch said among the 135,000 apartments, the quota for the federal government employees was 25,000 and remaining 110,000 will be constructed in different cities of Balochistan including a housing society for the fisherman in Gawadar.
Earlier, Minister for Housing and Works Tariq Bashir Cheema said that PM Imran Khan will launch the housing projects in Quetta after April 20.
