The federal cabinet has approved the placement of a total of four names, a local TV reported
LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 6th April 2019) The Federal cabinet has given approval for the placement of Names of PML-N leaders Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Hamza Shahbaz on the ECL.
The approval was given in a meeting of the federal cabinet on Friday, according to media reports.
A total four names would be placed on the exit control list which included Hamza Shahbaz, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, MPA Salman Shahbaz and Pakistan Steel Mills former chairman Moeen Aftab.
As per the tv report, the names have been placed on the request of the NAB. Quoting sources, TV reported that the name of former finance minister Miftah Ismail is placed on ‘stop list’ and that he would likely be placed on ECL in coming days. He was not allowed to fly abroad from Karachi Airport yesterday, it was said.
