Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 05th April, 2019) World Health day will be observed worldwide including Pakistan on 7 April Sunday with full fervor and enthusiasm.The purpose of observing this day is to create awareness among people regarding their health. In this regard different events will be organized under health ministry throughout the country. People will be educated about the golden principles of living healthy. Experts will highlight health menaces and other relevant matters while newspapers will publish special contents regarding healthy life.
Health day was observed in 1950 for the first time. In 1948 WHO (World Health Organization) subsidiary assembly gave approval that world health day will be marked on 7 April every year since that world health day is observed on 7 April every year.End/onlineRt/Tr/NK-------------------------------------Date for exemption from audit be extended: RITBAISLAMABAD, April 05 (ONLINE): Rawalpindi Islamabad Tax Bar Association (RITBA) on Friday said the date for exemption from automatic audit should be extended to provide relief to taxpayers.
Thousands of taxpayers want to get their audit cases closed therefore the government should extend the date of closure of automatic audit, it demanded.The date of filing returns has been extended many times, therefore, the date for closure of audit should also be extended, said officials of RITBA Zahid Shafiq and Sofia Akhtar.They said the decision to close audit cases under section 214-E of the Income Tax Ordinance has benefitted many businessmen and its extension will provide relief to the taxpayers.
