The incident occurred in Lahore’s Nishtar Colony. Police registered FIR after the CCTV video went viral
LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 5th April 2019) A woman in Lahore’s Nishtar Colony has brutally tortured her mother in a property dispute.
Hina along with her husband Amir Gujjar who called himself the son of some PML-N MPA entered the house of Fauzia in Kaha Nau area of police. They beat the old lady and fractured her arm to get vacate the house she was residing in. The lady approached the police but could not get register an FIR against the accused. Later the viral CCTV footage of incident and Fauzia’s recorded video narrating the incident compelled the police to register the case against the accused.
Fauzia said in a video message that her daughter Hina along with her husband Amir Gujjar and land mafia inalienably threatened and abused her for the five canals and 12 marla property left by Fauzia husband. Police have so far not arrested the accused. Local media reported the incident.
