MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th April, 2019) Ceasefire violations by militant groups were registered over the past 24 hours in the Syrian provinces of Latakia, Hama and Idlib, head of the Russian Defense Ministry's Center for Syrian Reconciliation Viktor Kupchishin said on Thursday at a press briefing.
"During the day militants have attacked south suburbs of al-Rasif (once) in Hama province, Abu Omar (once), Sukkoriyah (once) in Idlib province, Ruayset-Iskander (once), Raisa (once), Djubb al-Zarur (once), Safsafa in Latakia province," Kupchishin said.
He added that in the given period the Reconciliation Center had held one humanitarian operation, delivering 500 food baskets to the settlement of Aleppo.
Kupchishin stressed that the center also continued to assist in rebuilding infrastructure facilities in Syria. According to him, almost 31,500 residential buildings, 152 medical centers and 836 education centers have already been restored.
