Zardari says he is not ready to bear PTI govt anymore

PPP Co-chairman addressed party workers at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on the eve of PPP’s founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s death anniversary.

LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 4th April 2019) PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has announced to launch a movement to oust the PTI government.

Addressing party workers at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on the eve of PPP’s founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s death anniversary, he said he was not ready to bear this government anymore. He asked PPP workers must ready to march to Islamabad and oust the government.

The government, which he added was after the 18th Amendment and wanted to repeal it.

He said the cases against him and his son (Bilawal Bhutto Zardari) were being registered just to pressurize them so that PPP stop raising voice against the repealing of the amendment.

Zardari said when he had informed everybody before the elections that they wanted to revoke the constitutional amendment that empowered provinces then nobody was willing to hear me. Now, the government intentions were clear and the cat was out of the bag, he added, referring Prime Minister Imran Khan’s statement in which he complained that center lacked funds to run the government.

The former president asked Mr. Khan to leave the government if he was unable to collect funds and run the government. Zardari claimed that PTI had sent Pakistan 50 years back and in coming days they will destroy it completely. So, he added, the PPP was not ready to give more time to this government and ready to lunch a movement.
