MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th April, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin invited his Angolan counterpart Joao Lourenco to take part in the Russia-Africa forum, which will be held in Sochi on October 24.The Russian leader on Thursday received the Angolan leader, who is in Moscow on an official visit.
"Mr. President, I think that we will have the opportunity this year to continue the dialogue to find ways to develop economic ties. In the fall, October 24, a large Russia-Africa forum will take place in Sochi. And we hope to see you there too," Putin said.
Lourenco accepted the invitation.
"I will attend the event with great pleasure," he said.
