Rupee further depreciates against US dollar

Dollar is now being traded at Rs 141.40 in the inter-bank market.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 3rd April, 2019) The US dollar has once again appreciated against the Pakistani rupee in the inter-bank market.

According to details, dollar reached a record high with an increase of 30 paisa.

Dollar is now being traded at Rs 141.40 in the inter-bank market.

The Pakistani rupee continues to depreciate against the US dollar with a fall of 30 paisa.

With the increase in the value of dollar, country’s debts have increased to Rs 110 billion.

The exchange rate of Dollar increased by 20 paisa in interbank and traded at Rs 141.09 against Rs 140.89, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Tuesday.

However according to forex Association of Pakistan the open market rate of Dollar closed at Rs142.50.

According to a report, money changers said that the price of rupees is falling continuously due to which the market has become unstable. People are buying a lot of Dollars, decreasing their trade in the market.

When PTI government was formed, dollar was valued at Rs 123, but due to continuous decline, it has now reached to a record low.
